This is a fun way of presenting a platter of cheese, meat and pickles at Christmas time. I used assorted salami, olives and a few different cheeses. The stock of the tree is pickled beans and rosemary was added to create the look of a pine tree. At the very top I placed a few cherry tomatoes and cut a star out of cheese. Be creative and have fun!
Ingredients:
Assorted cheese, cubed and sliced
Sliced assorted salami
Assorted olives
Pickled beans
Rosemary sprigs
Cherry Tomatoes
