5 Cups Granola (See recipe from Sistersluv2cook.blogspot.ca) or store bought
2 cups flour (All purpose or whole wheat)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 3/4 cups dark chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups raisins
½ Cup Cashews
½ Cup Pistachios or whatever nut of your liking
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
3/4 cup canola oil
1 cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Line two baking trays with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients : from granola to pistachios
Combine wet ingredients: from water to milk.
Stir dry and wet together until just combined.
Drop cookie dough on baking sheet, I used a small scoop approximately 2 Tablespoons per cookie
Gently flatten cookies.
Bake for 15- 20 minutes depending on the size of your cookie or until lightly browned
Makes approximately 40 Cookies

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stir gently. |
I could eat this by the spoonful. |
Drop onto parchment lined baking sheets with a small scoop. |
Flatten cookies a little with your hand. |
Bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. |
cool on wire racks. |
Makes approximately 40 cookies depending on the size you decide to make. |
