Easy Peppermint Fudge

This fudge recipe is not only delicious it is super easy to make. Perfect addition to your goodie tray!




Ingredients:

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (300mL) Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk
21-2 tsp peppermint extract
1-2 peppermint candy canes

Preparation:

Line a 8" x 8" square pan with tin foil. In a medium saucepan melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk. Remove from heat. Stir in peppermint extract. Spread evenly into the foil lined pan. Crush the candy canes and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Lift the foil out of the pan and peel off the fudge. Cut into small squares.

Combine ingredients in saucepan and melt. Spread evenly into the foil lined pan.

I use a meat pounder to crush into fine pieces

Refrigerate for 3 hours
