Easy Fan Potatoes

These potatoes are so easy and scrumptious!! The interior is soft and the exterior is crispy!

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Instructions:
Place potato on a large spoon and slice the potato. This technique works well as it prevents you from slicing through the potato.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle each one with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in a 400 degree oven until potatoes are soft and tender.

Place potato onto a large serving spoon and slice potato.

Drizzle olive oil over potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Bake in 400 degree oven until soft and tender.
