Lemonade

There is nothing like a glass of fresh lemonade on ice or mix in a cocktail. It is super easy to make and well worth it!

Ingredients:

  • 8-10 Lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 1/2 cups water

Instructions:

1. First, juice your lemons so you end up with 1 1/2 cups of lemon juice.
2. Add the lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher.
3. Add 5 1/2 cups of lukewarm water to the sugar and lemon juice; whisk together well until sugar is completely dissolved.
4. Refrigerate until nice and cold. Garnish with fresh lemon slices.

Serves 4-6.

Start with fresh lemons

You definitely need a good quality lemon juicer. This one is the  Chef'n FreshForce Citrus Juicer 

Squeeze the juice into a large pitcher

Add the sugar and mix well

Add the warm water and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved and place in refrigerator
