Grilled Thai Chicken Thighs

This recipe is simply delicious and the most MOIST chicken you will ever eat!!! With the addition of the crushed chili pepper flakes there is a nice bit of heat. 

Servings: 4
12 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
1/3 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 tablespoon minced ginger
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon crushed chili pepper flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl
2 Mix thoroughly
3 Add chicken and leave to marinate at least one hour, preferably longer
4 Grill chicken on the BBQ until golden brown and cooked through

You will need 12-15 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Chopped all your ingredients

Combine, soya sauce, vinegar and brown sugar
Pour marinade over the chicken
Combine and marinate for  2-3 hours or overnight,
The most MOIST chicken you will ever EAT!!!
