Sisters Luv 2 Cook: Sex in a Pan

You may remember this delicious and sinful layered dessert that was popular back in the eighties and if you haven't ever had this dessert than you must try it!! It's a perfect make ahead and depending on your taste you can choose whatever pudding flavours or chocolate bars you like. This stuff is soooooooo gooooood!!! Perfect for potluck.

Ingredients:
Base:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans

Layers:
500 grams cream cheese, softened
1 cup icing sugar
2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip
1 small instant vanilla Jello pudding mix (102 grams)
1 small instant chocolate Jello pudding mix (102 grams)
3 cups cold milk
2 cups Whipping Cream or Cool Whip
3 Skor toffee chocolate bars chopped
chocolate curls or pecan crumbs (optional)
Method:

Preheat oven to 350F and have a 9x13 cake pan ready. (I like to use a glass pyrex pan, however if you are taking it to a gathering a disposable pan is always handy)
In a medium bowl, mix all base ingredients together and press into the pan evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes and let cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and icing sugar together until light.
Fold in 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Spread evenly over cookie base.
Mix instant chocolate pudding as per package directions, using 1 1/2 cups milk only.
Spread evenly over cream cheese layer, let set.
Mix instant vanilla pudding as per package directions, using 1 1/2 cups milk only.
Spread evenly over chocolate layer and let set.
Chop the Skor toffee bars up and combine with the whipped cream/Cool Whip
Spread remaining 2 cups of whipped cream mixture evenly over top.
Decorate to your liking and refrigerate until ready to serve.
