Honey Lime Cilantro Chicken Thighs



This marinade is simple to make and has a really nice flavor. Most grocery stores sell boneless thighs which makes this A perfect for a week night meal. This marinade can also be used for skewers as well.

Serves : 4
Ingredients:

3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
juice of one lime
zest of lime
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 teaspoon Siracha Sauce
red pepper flakes, to taste
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (fresh) - reserve 1 tbsp for garnish
1 pound (454 grams) skinless, boneless chicken thighs (approx 8 thighs)

Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, through the cilantro. Mix thoroughly.
Pour marinade over chicken thighs and turn to coat. Cover and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, until juices run clear.Garnish with 1 tbsp. reserved cilantro

In a medium sized bowl combine your ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour marinade over chicken thighs and turn to coat.

Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side.

Garnish with some freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
