Husband's Delight Casserole

There are several versions of this "oldie but goodie" casserole recipe - this is our version. This makes a large batch so I divide into two smaller casserole dishes and freeze one for later. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 pound hamburger meat
1 onions diced
3 cloves garlic - minced
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ teaspoon dried chili flakes
2 - 640 ml jars/cans of spaghetti sauce, any flavor
1 envelope of thick and zesty dry spaghetti sauce mix
375 gram package of medium egg noodles, cooked
500 ml carton of sour cream
2 cups of shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish. Brown your hamburger meat, onions and garlic and drain.
Mix the spaghetti sauce, the envelope of dry spaghetti sauce  and spices with the browned hamburger meat.
Take the cooked noodles and spread them onto the casserole dish.
Spread 1/3 of the meat mixture on top of the noodles.
Spread 1/3 of the sour cream on top of the meat.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the Cheddar Cheese and 1/3 of the Mozzarella Cheese on top of the sour cream.
Continue this layering process and end it with the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
