Skillet Lasagna

Here is a quick and tasty meal that you can put together in no time. I got the recipe from one of my favourite  cookbooks from the Pioneer Woman. 




Skillet Lasagna





Ingredients:


1 ½ pounds ground beef

3 garlic gloves, minced

24 ounce jar Marinara sauce

1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning

Kosher salt and pepper

½ Cup sour cream

1 cup grated fresh mozzarella

12 ounces bow tie pasta

Boil a large pot of water and start cooking the pasta.

Cook ground beef over medium-high heat until nicely browned.

Drain excess fat.

Add garlic and cook for a minute.

Add the Marinara sauce.

Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper top taste.

Cook at a reduced heat for about 15 minutes.

Add sour cream.

Add mozzerella. Stir well.

Add the cooked pasta. Stir in well.

Boil the pasta
Grown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add garlic and cook for a minute.
 

Add marinara sauce. Stir.  Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Stir in sour cream. 

Stir in fresh mozzarella.
Stir in the pasta.

Sprinkle with a little basil if you like or some grated Parmesan cheese.
