This Indian sticky chicken is very quick and easy to make, it will become your new go-to recipe for weeknight dinners. |
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or combination of thighs and chicken breast)
2 tablespoons Garam Masala
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup honey
juice of 1 lemon
green onions (garnish)
Instructions:
In a large bowl , sprinkle the Garam Masala, paprika, flour and salt and rub the chicken in the rub until it’s well covered.
Heat a non-stick pan and add 2-3 tablespoon of oil. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
Heat honey in microwave so it is pour-able. Add honey and lemon juice and allow to caramelize for 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
