Parmesan Chicken Wings



INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Mayonnaise (I use 1/2 fat)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
35-40 chicken drumettes/wings
1 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs (or plain)
1 teaspoon. garlic powder
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine mayonnaise with chicken until well coated. Combine the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder in another bowl. Press the wings into the crumb mixture and arrange chicken on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 40-50 minutes turning once.

Clean and dry the wings

I used store bought bread crumbs and 1/ fat mayonnaise.
In a large bowl combine the wings and mayonnaise until well coated.
In another bowl combine the cheese, crumbs and spices. 
Coat the wings with the mixture and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.


Bake in a 425 degree oven until golden brown and crispy.
