½ Cup Mayonnaise
2-8oz or 250g cream cheese softened
1 Cup grated medium cheddar cheese
10oz or frozen chopped spinach(thawed and squeezed dry)
6 bacon slices cooked and crumbled
½ Cup chopped onion
2 teaspoon dill weed
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Beat mayonnaise and cream cheese together until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Hollow out a round of sourdough bread and scoop spinach dip inside. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in a 350 degree oven until warmed through, approximately 45 minutes. Cut a baguette into bite size pieces. Once dip is warmed, place on a large plate and arrange bread around bread bowl.

Cook bacon until crisp. Drain fat. |
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. |
Drain excess liquid from chopped spinach. |
Combine all dip ingredients togetjer. |
Mix well. |
Cut top off of bread. |
Hollow out the bread to make a bowl. |
Spoon spinach dip into the bread bowl. |
Cover with bread top. Wrap completely in tin foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Bake until the dip is heated all the way through. |
Cut up a french baguette into dipping sized pieces. |
Taco chips are good dippers too. |
