Ingredients:
5 - 6 baked potatoes, cooled
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter
2 ½ cups shredded cheese (divided)
1 package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup chopped green onions
Bacon bits
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Cut baked potatoes in half and scoop out insides of potatoes leaving a thin shell. Combine potato pulp, butter, 1 ½ cups of cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic, 3/4 cup of green onions and ranch dressing mix. Fill potatoes with mixture.
Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheddar cheese, green onions and bacon bits and bake 12-15 minutes in a 375 degree oven or until heated through.

Clean and scrub 5 - 6 potatoes and bake in oven |
Take out of oven and cut in half |
Scrap out the pulp |
Place the potatoes in a bowl |
Add a package of ranch powder dip |
Combine butter, sour cream,and minced garlic |
Add grated cheddar cheese & green onions |
Mix until creamy |
Fill each shell with potato mixture |
Sprinkle with green onion and cheese |
Sprinkle with bacon bits and bake in oven until golden brown |
