This recipe comes from the Pioneer Woman, "A Year of Holidays". I like these popcorn balls because they are soft and not tooth chippers. You can pop your own popcorn or buy it. The popcorn is popped with sugar so it is actually Kettle corn. I have a Whirly Bird popcorn stovetop popper but you can just use a pot. Candy corn and peanuts are added for a nice sweet and salty touch. If you don't want to add candy corn you can add Reeses Pieces or confetti sprinkles.

Breakfast Granola Cookies
These cookies are soft and chewy and packed full of nuts and dried fruit. Besides bananas, honey and peanut butter are the glue that keep these cookies together. I use my homemade granola (see recipe under the heading "Snacks and Munchies") but you can use store bought granola if you want. Do not store in a airtight container or they will get to moist and fall apart.

Juicy Oven Burgers
Just like the name says, these are juicy burgers! The burgers are pan fried and then the buns are smothered with homemade burger sauce, sliced american cheese, sliced Swiss cheese and chopped onions. Then the burger is wrapped in tin foil and baked for about 15 minutes. The bun gets nice and warm and toasted and the cheese gets nice and gooey! Instead of onions you can saute mushrooms and make a mushroom burger. Pan frying the burgers give them a nice caramelized crust. These burgers would be great in the winter when you don't want to BBQ out in the cold.

Pumpkin Pie Granola
I have made a few different recipes for pumpkin pie granola and although they have all been good this one has always won in taste tests with my family. I love granola and eat it most days of the week, so it is a nice change to try something different. This recipe doubles well. I wrapped this granola up and gave it to my family for a healthy Thanksgiving gift.
