White Chocolate Peppermint Martini

Looking for the perfect holiday indulgence? We tried these martini's last year on Christmas Day and they were a hit. It was very hard just to have one!



Ingredients:
Marshmallow sundae topping
2 peppermint candies, crushed
Ice
¼ cup vanilla vodka
1 tablespoon peppermint schnapps
¼ cup white chocolate liqueur

Directions: 
Dip the rim of a martini glass in marshmallow topping then crushed peppermint candies. Drizzle some marshmallow topping on inside of glass; place glass in freezer.

In a shaker with ice, add vodka, schnapps, and the liqueur. Shake until mixed; pour into prepared glass. Sprinkle with crushed peppermint. 

Tips:
The recipe can be easily doubled or tripled. Make up desired amount of martini glasses and freeze ahead of time. Use a pitcher to mix drink ingredients.

You can use any vanilla vodka or white chocolate liqueur. 

place candy cane's in a zip lock bag and using a mallet crush them 

Dip the rim of your martini glass into the marshmallow cream

Dip into crushed candy cane

Pour the martini into the glass and garnish with a candy cane
