This is a refreshing summer drink for those long hot summer days. It is a light tasting drink and the beer just adds a nice fizz. If you cannot find frozen raspberry lemonade just use frozen lemonade.
Blackberry Beer Cocktail
Ingredients
4 bottles/cans (12 ounces or 355mls each) beer, chilled
1 can (12 ounces or 295mls) frozen raspberry lemonade or just frozen lemonade concentrate
3/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, thawed
1/2 cup vodka
Ice cubes
Lemon slices
Directions
In a large pitcher combine the beer, lemonade concentrate, blackberries and vodka. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices. Yield: 10 servings.
