Strawberry Milkshake Cheesecake

The flavor of a strawberry milkshake, Oreo cookie crumbs and sprinkles makes for a delicious dessert. I made this no-bake cheesecake for my beautiful niece's birthday and it was a hit! 

Sprinkle Crust:

2 cups Oreo or graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup multi colored sprinkles
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
5 tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sprinkles, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour in the melted butter. Mix together using a rubber spatula; until all the crumbs are moistened.
Pour crumbs into a 9-inch spring form pan; press tightly and evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the spring form pan.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool and set aside.

Cheesecake Filling:

3 cups heavy whipping cream (reserve 1 cup for topping)
¼ cup icing sugar or Whip it (2 packages of cream stabilizer)
2 (250 gram or 8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (250 gram or 8 oz) package of strawberry cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup strawberry flavoured syrup (such as Nestle's)

In a large bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Reserve 1 cup for the topping and remaining for the filling.
In another bowl whip the cream cheese with the electric mixer until combined.
Pour the strawberry syrup into the cream cheese mix and thoroughly combine.
Fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Pour filling mixture into the prepared oreo/graham cracker crust. Set aside.


1 cup whipped cream (reserved from above)
1 Tablespoons icing sugar or package of whip-it (stabilizer)
Multi-color sprinkles

Transfer whipping cream mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star decorator tip. Pipe whipped cream stars around the outside edge of the cheesecake, and in the center. Sprinkle with multi-color sprinkles.

Cover spring form pan in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or overnight. To unmold, remove from freezer and place a dishcloth soaked with hot water and wrung dry around the outside of the pan. This will warmth will help loosen the frozen crust from the pan. Let cheesecake partially thaw in the refrigerator before serving. Slice cheesecake while still partially frozen and serve.
